HOW TO ORDER A COMMISSIONEmail me at herssian (@) hotmail dot com for your commission request. If accepted, I will contact you in 48 hours.Include details, references, possible faceclaims, screenshots etc. Please keep the details short but concise and make sure the colors/lighting are clear enough for me to use as a guide. Art you have of the character from different artists is more than okay!If you have a specific pose/expression/angle you'd like your commission in, please let me know by either including a "close enough" reference or even your own stickman in Paint!Include your Paypal email for the invoice. If your order is accepted, you'll be prompted to pay half of the price before the commission is done, and half after.Delivery time is usually one to two months depending on the complexity of your chosen commission, but deadlines may change upon communication. I try to keep in touch as often as possible but you are always free to contact me with any concerns (I will reply within 48 hours!). A rush fee of 50% your commission price is available for a one week delivery (please inquire about it before the start of the commission, so I know!)*General, gentle reminder these commissions are for humanoid characters as seen in most of my work!
TERMS & CONDITIONSBy commissioning me, you understand and accept the following:No refunding after the final payment unless: 1) I cancel the commission, 2) you cancel it before I begin work on it, 3) you cancel it during the early stages and I retain a 50% kill fee (the first payment you made)The final products will be digital downloads sent to the client's email in the form of both .PNG and .PSD files. No physical products will be delivered.All private commissions are for personal use only and cannot be used to generate revenue. You are free to post and share your commission on your social media (with credit), as well as print it for personal use. No NFT usage.I withhold the right to showcase the commissions (both wips and final pieces) on my portfolio and social media unless previously stated you do not wish for me to.Commercial rates differ from the ones stated here (private rates) and can be discussed prior to beginning work.No NFTs.
